Very beautiful hotel, one of the best I've seen!! Gorgeous inside, great customer desk, excellent customer center with helpful employees!! Amazing!!

Did not offer free breakfast to Platinum IHG Rewards members. First Crowne I've stayed in that did not offer free breakfast. We will probably not stay here again and go to a Hilton instead

The bathrooms and conference room were freezing cold! I had to keep my winter coat on the entire time. The clerk at the desk didn't even acknowledge I was waiting around
