Set an appointment for a simple oil change at 1:00, it is currently 2:53 and it still isn't done. Why? The last time I came here it took 20 minutes. Nobody here is in any hurry to get things done apparently. I have to be in Parker (30+ minutes away) by 3:30 and clearly that isn't going to happen. There is no reason why this should take so long. Absurd. I don't even know how much this is going to cost me, but I'm sure it's going to be too much for this quality of service.
