This particular property matches it's rate structure. The prices tend to be lower than most marriott branded hotels which is consistent with the condition of the hotel. In general, there is a grime to the hotel. Rooms need a deep scrubbing from top to bottom to be brought back to life.

Comfortable, updated property with modern lobby and coffee bar. Hotel is remarkably and pleasantly quiet. Major advantage is frequent shuttle to airport and light rail. However, several of the drivers are rude and argumentative. Prolonged waits aren't unusual.
