Several maintenance issues including exposed wires in an electrical outlet and an elevator with a mind of its own. Nice room but a lack of available outlets for phone & laptop charging. Carpet appeared clean but needed a deep clean shampoo -- the soles of my feet turned black, second time this happened in 10 days at two different QIs.
