The staff was the nicest I have come across in a long time. The continental breakfast was pretty good minus the fruit that tasted God awfully fermented. We were moved to a different room due to the noise of the ice machine (the walls are pretty thin) and our new room had a stale stitch to it. Other than that, the room was clean and again, the staff was great.

The check in was smooth and the young lady at the desk Shaun was very helpful and polite. I wanted to change my room to be closer to family and she did it without a question. She is a great asset go the Hampton family

Hilton policy of not given point or adding of the rewards need to be looked at. Very few use the direct Hilton online and business use online travel to book hotels to cut cost and organize expenses
