One complaint is horrible coffee. I stay at Hampton inns 3-4 times every week but considering changing hotel chains when the HH double points promotion ends just because of the inconvenience of having to leave the hotel to get a decent cup of coffee! Please change to a coffee that has some flavor and don't water it down.
