Stay was very comfortable. However, the lady at guest services was not accommodating at all. I needed a late check out (no more than an hour) and she was not willing to let me do so.

I loved the king suite I was given and front desk staff was very friendly. A little disappointed my room was never cleaned. The fitness room is small but was never busy, however the sole treadmill was making loud noises and should probably be serviced for safety.

The room was nice enough, but I was too close to the lobby and front desk - it seemed that there was always noise. I'll have to request a higher floor next time too, as I didn't like opening my window and having anyone in the parking lot be able to see right into my room.
