Hampton Inn Cincinnati/Blue Ash

Pleased. However disappointed that we had to ask for our room to be cleaned. The trash was never taken out. The breakfast is amazing!

Friendly staff but when I checked in they gave me a double bed room when I had reserved a king bed. I was told my room wasn't ready when I called down to let them know so they found me another one. It was fine but it had a musty, stale smell. The breakfast and workout areas were nice but the business center had computers and printers that didn't work. I did let the front desk worker know and he helped me to get one of the printers working.
