Came for spring break and nothing went wrong for once at a hotel! Great location

We came with our soccer team and 4 of our parents had confirmation numbers and no room the staff could not find it but the staff that we dealt with was extremely nice so four of our families could not stay in our hotel and we travel was a soccer family we expect to stay together so anytime in the future we will not stay at this hotel ever again we at least stay there couple times a year
