Extremely friendly staff. No issues with our room, maintenance came immediately to solve an issue with a door that was not closing properly.

Breakfast is excellent! Different menu everyday. Staff at front desk is wonderful.

Shower water was cold and wouldn't warm up. I expressed this to the staff and I they said was sorry and that it's because of spring break. Unacceptable way to treat a diamond hilton honors member or any customer.
