The woman who helped me check in was very, very kind. I didn't arrive to the hotel until nearly midnight. She found a luggage cart for me from another floor even though she had just arrived at work and had things to do. She also graciously offered me water and chips when she discovered that I hadn't eaten since early afternoon.
