Stopped due to travel and wanted to break the drive in half. The hotel was very nice and was a very nice stay.

Reservations were made by my company last minute and had to take a 2 doubles room as a gold member I ask for a king all 4 days I stayed and was never accommodated and my request seemed to not be important to the staff. I was traveling with a diamond member and he received the same response. There were no laundry facilities. One night we arrived back and none of our keys worked. The front staff lady basically accused us of lying, saying her machine said they were fine. Why would the 3 of us come back down stairs to get new keys if our keys worked? When it rained the satellite TV went out, I was told that's just what it did and when the rain stopped it would work again. Worst Hampton I've ever stayed at. Only good thing, I had a cleaning lady ask me if there was anything she could do for me, and wished me a good day
