Homewood Suites by Hilton Henderson South Las Vegas

Looked great but I killed 2 bugs in the bathroom not sure what kind

This facility needs help. It does not live up to Hilton standards. The staff seem to try. Our trash was not emptied in 2 days. Breakfast was a disaster Sunday morning. Both regular coffee urns were empty at the same time. No pastries out. No yogurt left. The bowl was empty too. People waiting for employee to bring things out. We left and went to local restaurant. Monday was great though.

My mattress was broke and when I called the front desk was told they were all booked and I should sleep on my couch. I wasn't compensated what so ever for that night.
