I rarely get the service I need when I go to Meineke! It makes me upset, because I know the manager in September 2012 has come back to this store to work with the staff in efficiency!!

Bad experience. I made an appointment and when I got there, they told me it was going to be an hour wait. I was on my lunch break so I drove there for nothing.
