This is a really nice Holiday Inn with exceptional staff. The restaurant is great and the pool is clean.

When we registered, the gal checking us in kept helping everyone else check their guests in (they were not asking her to help) and it made our checkin long. Then we exited the "end" of the bldg thru a door, used same door next morning. And it was locked the third time (it was mid-day). Had to backtrack and it was kind of strange.

Staff was not very knowledgeable about hotel policies, and I was lied too at the front desk when requesting a room upgrade! I stay at this hotel chain very frequently and because of this I am a platinum elite member. I noticed on their mobile app, just minutes before, that they did indeed have an upgrade available so when confronted about this fact, she then had no choice but to grant the upgrade! I don't think that this was very professional and was displeased at lack of service for the duration of my stay because of it.
