Homewood Suites by Hilton Indianapolis-At The Crossing

My husband and I really like this hotel. We have never stayed at a Homewood Suites before and we are very impressed. Everything is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The desk clerk, maintenance people, and breakfast attendants were all very friendly and made me feel at home. our room was well appointed and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Little things like cleaning the vents around the room/bathroom seem to have been overlooked for quite sometime. Also there was thick soap scum all around the shower faucet & the freezer smelled terrible.. There was a somewhat large (about the size of my palm) red stain on the mattress that was easily visible thru the thin white sheet.. Other than that the room wasn't bad.

Had some issues with bugs in my room that took a little long to correct but it was resolved and the staff was very apologetic.

they are going through renivations so I understand that and the cleaning draff are very friendly but the front office staff were somewhat rude
