The hotel rooms had doors that you could open to connect to another room. Well, ours would not lock, so we had someone from the hotel come look at it. We didn't want the people in the room next door to just be able to come into our room. Well, the guy couldn't fix it and said he would send maintenance first thing the next morning. We told him that was unsafe because someone could just come into our room, but he didn't care. He said to call the front office if it happened! Umm, if someone comes walking into my room uninvited the front desk will be the last place I would be calling! Seriously?! Not only that, but the maintenance guy did not come the next day! Horrible customer service and very unsafe!

Our door that connects to the adjacent room wouldn't lock, the night manager said that the maintenance guy would be there first thing in the morning....he was, first thing TWO DAYS LATER!! No apologies from the management that someone from the room next to us could just walk into our room at anytime! The breakfast wasn't even worth waking up for...the only staff that was friendly was the woman that was there last night to this morning.
