They refused a package that was sent to my from my Company that I had to have for work! And it cost my about 8000.00 dollars in business dew to contract, lost of man power, advertising cost, and to have it reshipped. And they didn't care, all they said " oh well, I'm sorry". Very poor business practices!

The employees at the front desk don't care about the guest. I had a problem with the wifi, I called the front they told me that I could come to the lobby to do my work on my computer or they could give me the 800 number to get the wifi fixed! I told the lady that it was not my responsibility to do there job! And she told me that was my two options! I think that is very poor customer service!!
