My family and I stayed in one of the suites with 2 bedrooms. It was very nice. My sister-in-law is a reward member

Rooms were very nice. Got there in a horrible rainstorm and the attitude of the woman at the front desk about us having to find our room by going outside was condescending to say the least. Got to our room wetter then drenched. There may have been nothing she could do but at least pretend to be concerned
