Had high reviews so was expecting a much higher ambience to the hotel. It was clean and had what we needed so not complaining. We did book a room with one king size bed, but got two full beds instead. Just wish I was notified there was that change. Place wasn't as new as was expecting from reviews. Not dirty so am pleased.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Air didn't work. Was hot majority of the night. No towels until midnight!!!!! Absolutely unacceptable for the price paid for a king bed. Will never stay again. God I despise the city of Jacksonville.
