Not likely to recommend simply because I don't know anyone planning to go to New Braunfels in the next 30 days. The hotel is nice but not in any exceptional way. I really didn't have any interaction with any staff except while checking in.

Friendly staff very helpful with local questions. At checkout general manager was only one with grumpy attitude.

There needs to be more towel racks. Most of your guests are coming from Schlitterbahn and have wet swimsuits and towels that need to hang to dry. Also more options at breakfast would be nice. Could not access the internet :(
