Very friendly and helpful staff

Very nice person at check in when I arrived. She was so busy had a phone call and several people in line to check in. She addressed us all. Said hello. Apologized for the wait. Very congenial as she was checking me in. Wish I caught her name. She was great. When checking out I stopped by just to let staff know I was finished with the room and young girl just looked at me like why are you telling me this this. Repeated myself in case she didn't hear me. Just gave me a blank stare again. Young student probably. Staff usually says oh great thanks for letting us know. She needs some more training on how to deal with people. Young thin pretty African American girl. It's almost like I wasn't even there. First girl could give her a lot of pointers. But hard to teach personality. But can learn customer service.
