We stayed here since it was close to the site where my 9 year old daughter was having surgery the next morning. Upon checking in at 8:30 PM, the room was freezing cold. I raised the temperature and got my daughter ready for bed. Also, we were staying using Hilton points, but I wasn't given the promised bottles of water at checkin and had to return to the front desk to get them. After my daughter was in bed, the temperature had gone up enough in the room that a horrible smell of wet dog/urine started coming out. It was awful and stunk up the whole room. Because my daughter was already in bed and was going to have a rough day the next day, I didn't want to rouse her from bed to change rooms. I lowered the temperature, but the smell mostly remained. I assumed I might have been at fault since when I booked the room I did not check to see if it was a pet friendly hotel (I am slightly allergic, but if rooms are well maintained I am usually ok), however at checkout the following morning I mentioned it to the desk clerk who said they were not a pet friendly hotel (save service animals).
