Very clean and friendly staff!

We arrived at the hotel at 2 AM in the morning and the power was out which was ok because we went right sleep but it was starting to get warm in the room by the time the power came back on in the morning.

We had to drive out of our way to stay here because it was a Hampton and we wanted to stay at a Hilton to get points for future stays. We had a room on the 3rd floor and after we got settled into the room we turned on the tv. I was sitting on the bed when something caught my eye. It was a roach crawling in the bed! My husband got a tissue and tried to get it. It was too fast and it fell in the floor then disappeared. I called down to the desk and she said she couldn't put us in a different room but could bring up a spray. We looked everywhere but couldn't find it. She arrived with the spray and handed it to me then left. I sprayed around by the bed and under the heater vent which left a terrible smell. Fortunately there was a second bed so I shared it with my daughter. My husband slept on top of the covers but we didn't get much sleep. No one even mentioned the incident in the AM hen we left. I certainly will not be recommending this hotel.
