Our room was hot (on a cool day in December) and it stayed that way all night. Hubby didn't sleep well at all because of it. :( Also, they were out of the fresh cookies that are seriously part of the reason we stay at this hotel. Will give it another chance, but was not as happy as usual.

Good but took extremely long time to check in due to front desk having to change her password to log in to computer. Had to wait at 11:30pm fie her to call help desk.
