I was greeted by a small dog running loose through the dining area which to me was disgusting. The reason I chose this motel was because it wasn't pet friendly. The Mgr understood my concern and offered to find me a room elsewhere rather than deal with the pet owner. The dining area was very dirty. I had a hard time finding a clean table. The lady that waits on tables could definitely be given some pointers on how to be a little more cherry.

I stayed for 3 nights and left with a back ache due to the uncomfortable mattress. Sleeping was totally miserable. I attempted to adjust the mattress all the way to firm and still ended up with a bowl to sleep in. I think we will quit staying at all Hilton Garden Inns unless they get rid of these mattresses.
