Perfect location! Close to the heart of San Francisco. Staff is usually friendly and welcoming. Hotel is clean and the view is beautiful.

Holiday inn golden gateway is a great location! Not far from all tourist destinations. The only major complaint I have is with the restaurant: sometimes it can take forever to receive service.

Staff is always nice and friendly. Location is convenient to local attractions. The rooms that have two beds in them aren't very comfortable. The mattresses are not soft.
