The front office staff provided great customer service skills. The morning dine-in staff however, wasn't all that great. We found them to be not at all friendly. They only provided the bare minimum service they could get away with.

enjoyed staying at this location. had to ask for a couple of things that I felt should of been given automatically like trash bags and fresh towels daily.

I find that the beds are too high. I am 5 ft 3 inches tall & it was difficult to get on the bed .

The original room we were supposed to be in had been last occupied by a smoking guest. Being non-smokers this was not acceptable for us. The ionizer was still running in the room when we arrived. The second room we were assigned to had a problem with the tub not draining. The breakfast was not what we were accustomed to at Holiday Inn hotels. Lenord, the desk attendant was personable and helpful.
