The hotel room just to be old and not well maintained

The rooms were very dark and damp. My window wouldn't close properly or lock. The staff was awesome and very friendly, but I didn't feel very safe which is much more important to me. I travel weekly for business and have stayed at many Holiday Inns. This one was not the best representation of the brand. Again, kudos to the knowledgeable, first class staff.
