One of our best vacations!! The staff is one of the friendliest and most accommodating that I have ever met at a hotel. Hotel is very clean. Staff is constantly around cleaning the pool area and dining areas. Hotel has a great view and the best pools on the beach!

Beautiful, the lazy river was so much fun, the pools were great, the staff was ready to aid with anything! The room was beautiful and classy! I loved it'

I am on the 7th floor. Only one elevator goes to this floor of the North Tower. This is very inconvenient because I am here for a conference that is primarily held in the South Tower. Also, this elevator keeps malfunctioning. More than once, it had been stuck on the 1st floor. There are 3 restaurants inside the hotel which includes breakfast so there is no continental breakfast to choose from. I was disappointed in this because I am here on a business trip and I have a budgeted meal limit. The food at The Square Whale is overpriced. I paid $15 for a turkey panini!! Crazy! Otherwise, the hotel is clean, safe, and the hotel staff are exceptionally friendly.
