Very Nice

This is a great location! It looks like it's been renovated & is very nice & contemporary. The meeting spaces are excellent!

The rooms were good size & clean. No breakfast buffet in the morning but they were able to take orders & get them out quickly.

Need a hot tub. Staff was not friendly when I had problems checking in with my reservation....they told me someone else had checked in under my reservation already with my credit card and then would not say who it was. Bathrooms were gross upon arrival. There is hair everywhere and the lights have dirt all over them. Not a great hotel. Smells like smoke often. Staff has been nicer later into the stay though. Breakfast was super slow. Lady never gave us water, cups for orange juice or coffee. Took my coffee pot off my table and used it to poor coffee for another customer. Random. Only supplied with 3 towels even though we said there would be four people in the room. The towels are very low quality.

Rude, inattentive associates. I was not impressed even after giving this place 2 chances. Will not be returning.
