Great customer service. Fun pool area for the kids!

We like staying in holiday inns mainly because their usually a nice hotel. This one was quite nice, however the room needed a few fixes and or upgrades. All in all it was very nice.

Nice room,good location, had A $15 charge that I have to follow up on as we don't know what it is for
