Holiday Inn Express

Beds looked as if someone had remade them after use without changing them and they were wrinkled where it appeared someone had been sitting on the edge of the bed. There was a dirty pair of socks from a previous guest on the floor. Housekeeping came in the next day and tidied up, however they took all the soaps we were using and then left us without any soap or anything. At the breakfast express there was a sign posted that if you were in a hurry you could ask the hostess for a bag to get your breakfast on the run. The hostess at the breakfast express was very grumpy about getting the bag for us. Then she stared and watched to see exactly what we were taking. The bags are pretty small so I'm not sure what her concern was. The only positive note is that the night manager referred us to a nice restaurant named Tommy's Bistro.
