Their beds are so comfortable

The night staff were great and very helpful. But the day staff was horrible and charged us for things that we were told would not be charged to us. The hotel is dated and need updating. The breakfast food tastes horrible. The air did not work in the conference room and the bathrooms was missing paper towels and could be cleaned better. I don't know what it was but the bathroom floors was slippery for no reason and the hotel overall was stuffy like it was very humid inside and dank and musty smelling:
