Jonathan was the guy who waited on me when I returned the rental car. He was very friendly, courteous, talkative & had the brightness smile. He was also very detailed & thorough but quick. Jacob also came over & began a conversation with me. Even the manager (I believe) spoke to me. Jacob made reference to David (the guy that helped me at the W.Memphis office who was also very nice, courteous & friendly) the manager at the location I picked up the rental & complemented him well. I agreed! I thought it was a little pricey for one day but the service was superb!! Awesome, awesome staff & customer service.

Drop off in west Memphis was great! Need more workers though. Pickup in Texarkana tx was awful. They first tried to give me a dirty car that smelled like an ash tray. They changed my rental to another car that was better. Final bill was $90 more than the quote.
