the hallway smelled horrendous.

Very rude staff and they tried to charge me for smoking in the room. When confronted about it, they would not give me a chance to defend myself at all and were extremely rude about it. Also I was given two conditioners instead of a shampoo. Clearly a very unprepared staff and very bad with customer service
