They authorized a $150 charge we never had before but said we wouldn't be charged. We went overdrawn due to that. Then there was a kids baseball team staying there and they were running up and down the halls screaming and people slamming doors. It was on my floor and upstairs, Called the front desk and she said she would take care of it and call all rooms. This went on till about 2 in the morning. I had to be up at 6 to prepare for a wedding. Nice black circles under my eyes
