It just the long wait in line. But I understand, because they are a busy place. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable.

There was an EXTREMELY long line, one window open and the poor guy working all by himself did NOT act as though he knew the value of the products that were being pawned or sold by the other customers. The dark haired girl that was "supposed" to be the manager was in the back doing "inventory" and couldn't stop for a few minutes to help the other employee wait on the 17 (I counted) customers that were standing in line. But she could run in and out the door for whatever reason that was. Anytime that the only employee actually waiting on people asked a question she acted as though he was inconveniencing her but asking. I have used this Gallipolis, OH location multiple times and I have never seen a manager as bad as the one they have now. I had purchased a ring there a few months back for $250 which I thought the ring was worth that. I had taken back in to pawn it for a weeks till I got paid and the Manager insisted that all she could loan on the ring was $40 because it was only worth $50 (Huge Slap in the face to me). Anyway long story short I will never go back in that store nor will I recommend that store to anyone as long as the manager they have currently is running that store.
