Had a hard time figuring out what I brought in and how to price it

My acoustic guitar was worth a lot more than what the teller pulled up.

I don't use the pawn services or money loan or cash advance services, I get money orders and load my Netspend card, which are both very fast processes, and I can usually get in and out really fast....UNLESS....there is somebody in there borrowing money, paying on a loan, or pawning an item. Then which should only be a 5 minute visit turns into 20 to 25 minutes, just to load my Netspend card or pick up a money order or 2 cause i have to wait on the other customers. And the process to borrow money, pawn an item or pay on a loan seems to take forever. I work 2nd shift hours and usually visit on my way to work, so i don't have much time to wait in line just to put money on my netspend card, or grab a money order. I have walked out before simply cause it takes 5 minutes to load my card, or grab a money order, but im not waiting 20 to 25 minutes, specially when im on my way to work. The service at our local cashland is awesome, store is well kept, and staff is friendly, but my only complaint is having to wait so long sometimes on other customers, when what i need to do will only take a few minutes. Solve that problem and i'd gladly give a 5 star rating.
