It took 45 minutes of standing outside in the heat for the van to Arrive to pick us up and it was not air conditioned in the am I was to take the 9:00 shuttle I came down at 8:50 gave my luggage to the driver and went inside to settle my bill while doing tjhat the shuttle took off without me at 8:51. He had My carry on bag so I had to wait for him to come back and get me and take me to the airport.
