I have stayed several times and always enjoy it. The downside to this visit was I checked in around 4:30pm and my room wasn't ready yet. The concierge comped me a bottle of water which was much appreciated, and I wasn't at all upset by the inconvenience, but thought it was rather late in the day for a booked room to not be ready. I was tired and wanted to lay down. Thanks!
