The people at the front desk acted happy. They could not apply my military discount which I was told over the phone was not going to be a problem. We stayed in a room with a king bed and a hot tub. Could not sleep all night due to the inconvenient placement of these rooms only being directly across from a slamming stairwell door. The shower also had mold on its walls and I found some feminine hair products on the carpet like it hadn't been vacuumed.
