Melissa was awesome and gathered up the jewelry I was selling to calculate into the computer and was speedy, polite and I was extremely satisfied! She rocks. Thank you Melissa. You made my day :)

staff is always very friendly, most of them remembers and greets me with my name. All of them always smiles. Karin I think she is the store manager not sure very professional I like her, assisted me several times. Melisa and Simon also I like them both a lot, explaining me if I pick up or make a payment this day will cost this much, if I do that day will be that much ....

I bought a guitar at the store many years ago. The guitar was lost or stolen, so I went back to the same store and saw a guitar that fit my need at the time and it was a lower end as far as price was concerned but it looked and performed like new I was in shock so I bought it. Andy and Melissa where very warm and accommodating, Anding had a musical background. It became pleasurable to converse on the need for musicians to have what they need to satisfy the creative drive.

The main reason was that I found what I was looking for and was very pleased with the CashAmerica employee who assisted us, Andy, in finding it. He did a great job. My girlfriend and I were looking for wedding bands and we found what we wanted. She's happy, I'm happy and we are going to add Andy to our invite list.
