Holiday Inn Express

There were quite a bit of issues with this stay: 1) where are your staff members? Only saw one poor guy working pretty much the whole weekend. He had his hands full, and not in a good way. 2) we had to get new keys at least three times because our keys wouldn't work. The first time we were sent to our "room" it was actually someone else's. How embarrassing is that?! It's really fun to go back down the steps again and again with a 2 year old. Enter sarcasm here. 3) our room wasn't even cleaned while we stayed here and we were gone all day. Refer back to one I'm sure on this one. Overall, very poor experience altogether. Probably go back to sticking with Hyatt.
