The air conditioning doesn't work in the rooms. I was in 3 rooms throughout the weekend and it didn't work well in any of them. :(

I love the HIE! Comfortable rooms (love the blankets on the beds) and a great hot breakfast. I always choose a HIE over a regular holiday inn. Keep it up!

Nice hotel but the valet is expensive and breakfast is not free. Wish it had a hot tub with the pool
