This is my worst experience of any hotel I stayed. My room was filthy and the some of the workers need training in customer service.

No hot tub....eh i get it but bummer. Pool was cold. Shower for pool, sink & shower in room all sputtered mostly airy watery spit at you. The coffee pot had to short a cord & had to bee moved or used on a moving drawer. Plus shower curtain did not stop water from pooling at base of door and nearly knocking you on your posterior. I was slightly frustrated that after my experience at Holiday Inn Express in Oceanside CA to have it bee so OPPOSITE an experience. Oh and at 7-8 pm someone had placed a decent sized pile of trash on top of a pizza box with old pizza in it sitting by the hall trash on our floor. Well it plus our trash was still sitting in the hall on the floor when we checked out at almost 10am the next day. Kind of disgusting. Now if the hotel could live up to the AWESOMNESS that was the WONDERFUL STAFF. Then perhaps it would not have been rough stay,
