Great value and good for families.

We stayed in the holiday inn express because our family's house was full. We did not choose the hotel but were very happy to be at this hotel. They gave us a free upgrade for joining the email list.

When we first got into our room it smelled very bad. I called the front desk and they sent someone right away to help. I was very impressed with the way they handled the situation. Great hotel!
