The staff members are completely incompetent at the Holiday Inn express in Blue Ash. They couldn't charge my card correctly, said my card was declined (even though the transaction was pending and my account had PLENTY of money), charged my boyfriend's card instead, and then charged him more than they said they would. We will never stay here again.
