My reservation was made for two rooms one of the rooms was a handicapped room when we arrived they had rented the handicapped room and we were not able to stay as we had planned I had confirmed the reservation on Thursday. I have been a platinum member for the IHG® for years and have never had that type of treatment that I had at this hotel
