The only problem was the weird guy from the neighboring room knocking on our door 3 times late at night. And he and his party were very loud so it was hard getting to sleep.

Great place to stay. Close enough to Knoxville but also not too close. Very friendly workers, very clean!

Walked into our room bed not made tv on dirty towel on floor.. Told the lady down stairs behind the counter she gave us new room and bigger room: then breakfast they ran out fast and they were not even busy and we wait to see if they would add more and they didnot

Expensive pet room and I have an allergy to cats. There was kitty litter under the bathroom sink. The hotel staff was friendly though. They gave me a $25 refund
